盗窃车内财物案件破窗方式的判别

Distinguishing the Window-breaking Ways for Ripping off the Property in Car

我国汽车保有量不断增加,加上群众防盗意识较差,经常在车内存放财物,导致当前国内各地盗窃车内财物案件高发。其中一大部分案件是采用破车窗玻璃方式实施的盗窃,而现场勘查人员对汽车上常用的钢化玻璃破坏痕迹研究较少,不能通过正确区分现场玻璃的破坏方式为案件分类研判提供有力支持。鉴于上述原因,笔者在近几年来的工作实践中,通过收集盗窃案件现场已知破坏方式的汽车玻璃,结合相关资料开展研究,总结出这类案件中几种常见破车窗玻璃方式的判别方法,供读者借鉴。

With the rapid increment of private cars’quantity nationwide,ever emerging and ascending are the theft cases that break up the windows to rip off the property left in cars when the owners have poor theft-proof awareness.However,there are few researches on the traces/marks of the broken toughened glasses used commonly by cars,unable to provide strong support for the cases to judge by distinguishing the ways to result in the broken glasses on the scenes.In view of the above circumstances,this article summarizes the discriminative methods to distinguish several common window-breaking ways based on the collected knowledge of breaking ways and the broken window glasses from car theft cases,in combination of relevant information and materials.
