摘要
对转炉煤气回收过程氧含量超标现象进行了原因分析,并进行了技术攻关。通过增加煤气回收的联锁条件、改造微差压系统和优化转炉工艺,杜绝了氧含量超标现象的发生,确保了钢厂的安全生产。
The causes of standard exceeding oxygen content in the process of converter gas recovery were analyzed and a technical brainstorm was carried out.By increasing the interlock conditions of gas recovery,modifying the millisecond pressure system and optimizing converter process,the occurrence of standard exceeding oxygen content was eliminated and safe production of steel plant ensured.
