摘要
莱钢在运敞开式眼镜阀出现波纹管点蚀、渗液现象,甚至部分眼镜阀的波纹管在点蚀部位出现过轻微煤气泄漏,对煤气系统的安全运行带来极大隐患。通过对眼镜阀波纹管在线包覆,使眼镜阀波纹管的寿命至少可达5年以上,同时避免了停气作业对生产运行造成影响。
The bellows in the open eyeglass valves in Laiwu Steel suffered corrosive pitting and seepage,even some eyeglass valve bellows had slight gas leakage at pitting points,which bore serious hidden risks for safe operation of the gas system.Through online cladding of the valve bellows,the service life of the bellows can be prolonged to more than 5 years,while avoiding any effect of gas cutoff on production operation.
