摘要
通过采用激光法分段燃烧控制技术及炉内钢坯在线红外精确测温技术对加热炉燃烧控制系统进行优化,实现了对最终控制目标值(各加热段烟气中O_2和CO及钢坯炉内温度)进行在线监测,直接指导加热炉操作。通过在板坯加热炉上的成功实践,相对单位面积烧损率减少15%以上,年综合经济效益1000万元以上,并取得了良好的社会效益。
The combustion control system of the reheating furnace was optimized by us原ing laser-based sectional combustion control technology and online infrared accurate tempera原ture measurement technology in the furnace,enabling online monitoring of the final control target value(O2 and CO in the flue gas of each heating section and temperature in the fur原nace)to directly guide the reheating furnace operation.Through successful practice on the slab heating furnace,the relative unit area burning loss rate has been reduced by more than 15%and the overall economic benefit has been over RMB 10 million annually,achieving good social benefits.
