通过对梅钢2座脱盐水站脱盐水处理系统进行全方位分析,找出了影响一级反渗透膜使用寿命的主要原因,提出整改措施,最终实现了延长一级反渗透膜更换周期的目的。

Through comprehensive analysis of the desalted water treatment system of the two desalted water stations at Meishan Steel,the main factors affecting the service life of the primary reverse osmosis membrane were found out and rectification measures were put for原ward,which has finally achieved the purpose of prolonging the replacement period of the pri原mary reverse osmosis membrane.
