借鉴供应商早期介入(EVI)理念,以H型钢物流机伤为导向,分析H型钢从生产下线到运输至客户的每个物流环节,从H型钢物流质量管控体制机制、关键物流节点物流质量管控、物流质量管控绩效分析等方面提升H型钢物流质量,满足客户需求,为客户创造价值。

Drawing on the Early Vendor Involvement(EVI)concept and taking on the logistics damage of H-beam steel,the paper analyzes the logistics process of H-beam steel,to improve the logistics quality of H-shaped steel from the aspects of H-beam logistics quality control system mechanism,the quality control for key logistics process and the evaluation of logistics quality control performance,meeting customer needs and creating value for customers.
