电动车用双向能量变换系统用集成电感的有限元仿真分析

摘要 介绍一种电动汽车用双向能量变换系统装置及集成设计电感,此装置可实现电动车与负载或者电网之间进行双向的能量交换,集储能削峰填谷装置与电动车电机驱动系统功能于一体,DCDC储能电感与交流滤波电感共用部分磁路集成设计于一体,并通过有限元仿真对其进行优化,这种集成设计有利于提高功率密度、减小体积、减轻重量。 This paper presents a device of bidirectional energy conversion system and an integrated inductor for electric vehicle(EV),this device can achieve a two-way energy exchange between an electric vehicle and a load or the grid,and which integrated the function of accumulator energy cutting peak filling or grain filling device and motor drive in one device.The DCDC energy storage inductor and the AC filter inductor share part of the magnetic circuit integration design,and is optimized by finite element simulation.This integrated design is conducive to improving the power density,reducing the volume and reducing the weight.
