近年来,人们对于绿化带修剪的造型、表面的平整度以及修剪的速度要求越来越高。车载式修剪设备的应用,解决了修剪方式速度慢、效率低等缺陷,极大地提高了劳动生产率和修剪质量,实现了绿化带修剪设备和机动车一体化的目标。高速公路中分带快速修剪技术方案解决了高速公路中分带绿化修剪作业的大部分养护任务,但受中分带设计宽度较窄的影响,对于护栏以下部分的灌木根部无法通过以上设备完成修剪工作。根据车载式修剪设备的应用情况,设计研制了中分带绿化根部修剪专用设备。齿幅式根部修剪器能够修剪80厘米左右及以上宽度的中央绿化带根部、侧面等多个方位,解决了中分带绿化根部修剪不到位的技术难题。
