摘要
对C919大型客机平尾悬挂接头组件的安装工艺进行了优化,通过协调修改悬挂接头耳片交付状态要求、删除耳片底边的余量要求、完善螺栓孔的加工策略并改进配钻工艺方案,达到了提高产品精度、节省加工工时的目的。
Horizontal tail suspension joint assembly of C919 aircraft has been process optimized in modifying status of supplied parts,hole processing strategy and drilling process of fitting lug bolt-hole to improve product precision and save human-hour.
