摘要
针对传统式机械结构的微位移无法满足高精度的定位要求,而柔性杆又放大倍数小的问题,设计了基于柔性杆的放大机构,通过优化机构设计方法,将钣金件设计成柔性杆的形式,用模块化设计理论,设计了一系列机构,并提供不同放大倍数的选择。
In the view of the problem that the micro-displacement of the traditional mechanical structure,which cannot meet the requirement of high precision and the flexibility,because the flexible rod displacement is small,the paper designs the enlargement mechanism based on the flexible rod,By the mechanism optimizing design method,using the sheet metal as a flexible rod,with a modular design theory,designed a series of institutions,and provide different magnification mechanism options.
