基于STC89C52RC单片机的罩杯定型机系统设计

Base on the Design of STC89C52RC Single Chip Microcomputer of Cup Setting Machine System

针对传统电路设计的定型机系统维护麻烦、电路复杂和功能少等缺点,设计了一种基于STC89C52RC单片机的罩杯定型机系统,给出了硬件电路和软件设计方案。为了防止设定的时间被修改,系统设有密码保护功能,另外液晶显示屏对工作有实时监控的作用,人机效果良好。实践证明:该系统具有运行稳定、成本低、功能强等优点,降低了企业生产该定型机的成本,提高了产品的竞争力,产生了很大的经济效益。

It aims at the defects of maintenance troublesome,complex circuit and less function,etc,for the circuit setting machine system of traditional circuit design,which designed a cup setting machine system based on STC89C52RC Single chip microcomputer,as well as provided the hardware circuit and software design.The system set the pin code protection function in order to prevent from being revised.The liquid crystal display can real time monitor,too.Man-machine effect runs successfully.The practical proved that the system compromises the merits for stable,low cost and strong functioned,which degrade the manufacturing cost and improve the production competitive power and produced remarkable economic benefits.
