摘要
在煤矿进行生产活动中,刮板输送机驱动问题日益突出,运用变频优化改进刮板输送机后,可以实现控制电动机起动电流、可控加速、控制起动转矩及运行速度、实现刮板输送机功率平衡等目的,并针对使用变频技术改造输送机过程中遇到的问题,提出行之有效的解决方法。实践表明,在刮板输送机上运用变频技术后,可以解决输送机在运行中的一系列问题。
the production activities in the coal mine,scraper conveyor drive problems have become increasingly prominent,using frequency optimization of scraper conveyor,can control the motor starting current,controllable acceleration,torque and speed control,starting to realize scraper conveyor power balance,and to meet the use of frequency conversion technology in the process of transformation of conveyor,put forward the effective solutions.Practice shows that the use of frequency conversion technology on the scraper conveyor can solve a series of problems in the operation of the conveyor.
