在调研分析水峪煤矿安全生产管理体系的现状以及所存在问题的基础上,制定了相应的优化方案,优化了安全生产管理考核流程与评价体系,进一步提高了优化后体系的适用性。水峪煤矿安全生产管理体系对于煤矿的安全、高效生产有着积极的推动作用,同时对我国煤炭企业管理水平提高也具有较大的推动作用。

The research analyzes the present situation of water meiyukou coal mine safety production management system and the existing problems,on the basis of making the corresponding optimization scheme,optimization of the production safety management assessment processes and evaluation system,further improve the applicability of the optimized system.The safe production management system of shuiyu coal mine has a positive impetus to the safety and efficient production of coal mine,and also has a great impetus to the improvement of the management level of coal enterprises in China.
