带式输送机中卸料装置的选型设计

摘要 我国矿业在不断的发展,最先用的卸料器结构较复杂,卸料效率较低;而且,随着生产能力的提高,普通的犁式卸料器满足不了目前的生产;为了推动新型卸料器的研发设计,电液犁式卸料器的出现,改变了这一格局,成为卸料器中的前卫产品。科技的步伐越来越快,犁式卸料器的出现克服了电动老式卸料器的缺点,通过调整犁头的角度,来保证胶带机传送的稳定性,而且还改进了单犁头、前后双犁头、液压驱动等不同的实用结构,大大提高了卸料器的工作效率;所以电液单侧犁式卸料器可以称得上是我国目前最先进和实用的犁煤器。针对犁式卸料器的选型设计进行深入研究,并提出它在中国市场的重要作用。 China's mining industry has been developing continuously,the structure of the unloader first used is more complicated and the discharging efficiency is lower.In addition,with the improvement of production capacity,ordinary plough discharger can not meet the current production.In order to promote the development and design of the new type of unloader,the appearance of the electro-hydraulic plow type discharger has changed this pattern and became the avant-garde product in the unloader.The pace of science and technology faster and faster,plough the emergence of the tripper overcomes the drawback of electric old discharger,through adjust the Angle of the ploughshares,to ensure the stability of the tape transfer machine,but also improve the single ploughshares,before and after the double ploughshares,hydraulic drive,such as different practical structure,greatly improving the efficiency of the discharger;Therefore,the single side plough can be regarded as the most advanced and practical plough in China.In this paper,the design of the plough type discharger is researched deeply,and its important role in the Chinese market is put forward.
