煤矿安全精细化管理的研究

安全生产是煤矿企业取得可持续发展的前提和必要保障,然而近些年我国煤矿企业安全事故频繁发生,优化安全管理制度,加强安全精细化管理,成为煤矿企业面临的重要问题。从目前我国煤矿企业安全管理存在的问题出发,分析煤矿安全精细化管理的重要意义,并提出煤矿企业安全精细化管理的措施,希望煤矿企业能够采用先进的管理思想、明确管理对象、细化管理内容,真正构建精细化管理体系,促进煤矿企业安全生产,为煤矿产业的健康发展作出贡献。

Safety production is the premise and necessary guarantee for coal mining enterprises to achieve sustainable development.However,in recent years,accidents happen frequently in coal enterprises in China.Optimizing safety management system and strengthening safety and meticulous management become important problems faced by coal mining enterprises.This article from the current problems existing in safety management of coal mine enterprises of China,analyzes the significance of coal mine safety management,and puts forward the coal mine safety management measures,hope coal enterprises to adopt advanced management ideas,clear management object,detailed management content,truly build a fine management system to promote the safe production of coal mine enterprises,contribute to the healthy development of the coal industry.
