摘要
日常生产中,往往会因为拧紧力矩没有控制好而导致螺纹松动或者滑牙的现象,造成一些不必要的安全、低效率问题。螺纹的拧紧力矩主要由螺钉及联接件的材质和规格决定,针对螺钉和联接件的材质对所需的拧紧力矩展开理论分析,提出实践生产时拧紧力矩的选取原则。
Tightening torque is not controlled well will lead to the phenomenon of thread loose or sliding in the daily production,and it will create some unnecessary safety and inefficiencies.The tightening torque of the screw is mainly determined by the material and the specification of the screw and the coupling.In this paper,theoretical analysis of tightening torque required for the material of screws and connectors is carried out,and the principle of selecting the tightening torque in practical production is suggested.
