The trapezoidal thread pair is a typical transmission thread in the machinery industry used in all kinds of transmission mechanism.In general,the inner and outer thread pair appear in pairs.Trapezoidal thread pair,for example,this study through the analysis of the structure and basic elements,introduction of thread turning tool and the trapezoidal thread processing methods,combined with case study based on FANUC system vice of trapezoidal thread processing technology,programming methods and processing points.
