摘要
手机壳薄壁零件在加工过程中会产生变形、过切、让刀,难以找到合适的解决方法,无法制定一套加工标准,加工手机壳用到的主要工艺是高速加工、刀具、合适切削用量、装夹。通过分析薄壁零件加工工艺,有效地提高薄壁的控制和加工质量。
The thin-walled parts will cause deformation,overcut,cutter relieving when processing,therefore there are no suitable ways to solve it and it’s hard to set processing standard.Main technology used for this project including high speed machining,tools,suitable cutting output,clamping.By analyzing thin-walled parts machining,it can enhance effectively thin-walled control and machining quality.
