Analysis on the Installation and Dismantling Process of Mechanical and Electrical Equipment in Fully Mechanized Face

在煤矿生产作业中,经常需进行综采设备的安装与拆除作业。为使综采设备的安装与拆除作业更高效、更快捷,基于综采工作面机电设备安装与拆除现状,分析了机电设备的安装工艺与拆除工艺,提出了具体优化策略,并总结了安装与拆除作业中应注意的事项。

In the production of coal mine,the installation and dismantling of fully mechanized coal mining equipment is often needed.In order to make the installation and demolition work of fully mechanized mining equipment more efficient and fast,this paper analyzed fully mechanized working face of mechanical and electrical equipment installation and removal based on the situation of the installation and removal process of electromechanical equipment,put forward specific optimization strategy,and summarized the matters needing attention in the installation and demolition work.
