摘要
从葡萄叶的营养成分、主要次生代谢产物及其生物活性和葡萄叶在食品中的应用等方面进行了综述。为葡萄叶的进一步开发和综合利用提供依据和参考。
The nutrient constituents,the main secondary metabolites and its biological activities of grape leaves,and the application in food were reviewed,the purpose of providing evidence for the development and utilization of grape leaves.
