酶法-乙醇辅助提取稻壳总黄酮工艺的研究 被引量:8

摘要 采用酶法-乙醇辅助提取稻壳总黄酮。对酶添加量、乙醇体积分数、p H、提取时间、提取温度和固液比对稻壳总黄酮提取率的影响进行考察,并在此基础上利用正交试验得到最优提取工艺条件为提取温度50℃、提取时间2h、p H5.5、乙醇体积分数35%、酶添加量1.5%、固液比1∶40(g/m L)。在此条件下,稻壳总黄酮提取率为0.72%。通过对比试验可知酶解-乙醇辅助提取的稻壳总黄酮提取率高于乙醇浸提法和纤维素酶预处理-超声提取法。 Total fl avonoids in rice hull were extracted by ethanol-assisted enzyme extraction.The effects of enzyme dosage,ethanol volume fraction,pH value,extraction time,extraction temperature and solid liquid ratio on the yield of total fl avonoids were studied.The optimum extraction process was optimized by orthogonal test.The optimal extraction conditions were as follows:extraction temperature of 50℃,extraction time of 2 h,pH value of 5.5,the ethanol volume fraction of 35%,enzyme dosage of 1.5%,solid-liquid ratio of 1∶40,and the optimum total fl avonoids extraction yield was 0.72%.The total fl avonoids extraction yield of ethanol-assisted enzyme extraction was higher than ethanol leaching and cellulase pretreatment-ultrasonic extraction method.
