羟丙基-β-环糊精包合苦参素的制备研究 被引量:3

摘要 以羟丙基-β-环糊精(HPBCD)为主体,采用饱和水溶液法对苦参素(OMT)客体进行包合。考察了包合过程中包合温度、时间、主客体摩尔比对包合物包覆率和产率的影响,在温度为30℃、主客体投料摩尔比为1∶3、包合时间为5 h条件下所得包合物的包覆率为83%。对包合物进行了红外光谱表征,通过扫描电镜观察,热稳定性分析,表明所得包合物的溶解性和稳定性良好。 The inclusion bodies of matrine(OMT)were prepared by saturated aqueous solution using hydroxypropyl-cyclodextrin(HPBCD)as the main body.The effects of inclusion temperature,time and the molar ratio of the host and guest on the encapsulation rate and the yield of the inclusion were investigated.The encapsulation rate of the inclusion compound was 83%under the temperature of 30℃,the molar ratio of the host and the guest to the molar ratio of 1∶3 and the inclusion time of 5 h.The inclusion complex was characterized by IR.The scanning electron microscope(SEM)showed that the inclusion compound had good solubility and stability.
