摘要
目的探讨冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(冠心病)及2型糖尿病合并冠心病患者脂蛋白a[Lipoprotein(a),LPA]基因LPA rs3798220位点(C/T)基因单核苷酸多态性变化及临床价值。方法根据冠状动脉造影结果和是否合并2型糖尿病,分为冠心病组150例,联合组150例(2型糖尿病合并冠心病)和对照组150例(无2型糖尿病及冠心病)。应用基质辅助激光解吸电离飞行时间质谱技术,检测LPA rs3798220位点(C/T)单核苷酸多态性位点的基因型与等位基因在3组间的分布。结果 LPA rs3798220位点(C/T)在等位基因频率方面在三组之间具有显著统计学差异(P=0.03)。与对照组相比,冠心病组C位点比例明显升高(P=0.01),联合组未见显著统计学差异。LPA rs3798220位点(C/T)在等位基因型频率方面在三组之间具有显著统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论 LPA rs3798220位点(C/T)基因单核苷酸多态性可能与冠心病发生相关,未发现与2型糖尿病合并冠心病的易感性相关。
Objective To investigate the changes and clinical value of LPA rs3798220 polymorphisms(C/T)in patients with coronary artery disease(CAD)with and without type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods Patients were divided into three groups according to the results of CAD and T2DM diagnosis,including150 subjects with angiography-proven CAD with normal glucose tolerance(CAD group),150 subjects with angiography-proven CAD with T2DM(CAD+T2DM group),and 150 healthy subjects without CAD and T2DM(control group).Allelic and genotypic distributions were determined with matrix-assisted laser desorption time mass spectrometry of flight mass spectrometry(MALDI-TOF).Results The LPA rs3798220(C/T)was statistically significantly different between the three groups in terms of allele frequency(P=0.03).Compared with the control group,the proportion of C sites in the coronary heart disease group was significantly increased(P=0.01),and no significant difference was found in the combined group.The LPA rs3798220(C/T)was significantly different between the three groups in terms of allele frequency(P>0.05).Conclusion LPA rs3798220(C/T)was relevant with CAD.No association was found between LPA rs3758220(C/T)and CAD with T2DM.
