摘要
目的探究冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(冠心病)患者血清miR-19a的表达及与预后的关系。方法随机选取2014年1月~2016年6月于西安医学院第二附属医院心内科治疗接受冠状动脉(冠脉)造影患者125例,分为对照组、稳定性冠心病组及急性冠脉综合征组,Real-time PCR测定血清miR-19a表达并记录Gensini评分,定期随访,记录主要心脏不良事件发生情况,研究miR-19a表达水平与Gensini评分及患者主要心脏不良事件发生的关系。结果冠心病组血清miR-19a表达水平升高(P=0.013),急性冠脉综合征组miR-19a表达水平较稳定性冠心病组更高(P=0.026);miR-19a高表达组时,冠心病及急性冠脉综合征组患者Gensini评分更高(P=0.033,0.025),主要心脏不良事件总体发生率及死亡率更高(P=0.041,0.038),急性冠脉综合征组患者发生血管重建率高(P=0.029);miR-19a表达水平与冠心病患者主要心脏不良事件的发生率正相关(r=0.643,P=0.009)。结论冠心病患者血清miR-19a表达明显升高,miR-19a高表达意味着更严重的冠脉狭窄,其表达水平与冠心病患者主要心脏不良事件的发生率正相关。
Objective To investigate the expression of miR-19a in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)and its relationship with prognosis.Methods 125 coronary angiography cases were randomly selected from January 2014 to June 2016.The patients were divided into control group,stable coronary heart disease(SCAD)group and acute coronary syndrome(ACS)group.The miR-19a expression was measured by real-time PCR and the Gensini score was recorded.The incidence of adverse cardiac events was recorded during regular follow-up.Results The expression of miR-19a was significantly higher in patients with coronary heart disease(P=0.013).Also,the expression of miR-19a in ACS group was higher than that in SCAD group(P=0.026).With a higher level of miR-19a,Gensini score,the overall incidence of major adverse cardiac events(MACE)and death rate were higher in patients with CHD(P=0.033,0.041,0.038).The miR-19a expression level and the incidence of MACE was positively correlated(r=0.643,P=0.009).Conclusion In patients with CHD,the expression of miR-19a was significantly elevated.MiR-19a high expression means more severe coronary stenosis,and the miR-19a expression level was positively correlated with the incidence of MACE in patients with CHD.
