摘要
目的探讨冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(冠心病)患者血清中分泌型卷曲蛋白5(SFRP5)水平及临床意义。方法选择2015年1月~2015年10月于大连医科大学附属大连市中心医院收治的冠心病患者97例为观察组,另选同期非冠心病患者45例为对照组,采用SYNTAX评分评价所有患者冠状动脉病变程度,采集血液标本检测血清分泌型卷曲蛋白5(SFRP5)及其它血液生化指标。结果观察组患者体质指数(BMI)、高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)显著高于对照组(P均<0.05),血清低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、总胆固醇(TC)水平显著低于对照组(P均<0.05);观察组患者SFRP5水平为(37.49±4.95),显著低于对照组(t=15.275,P<0.001),急性冠脉综合征(ACS)患者SFRP5水平低于稳定型心绞痛(SAP)患者(P<0.05),ACS患者SYNTAX得分显著高于SAP患者(t=2.042,P=0.044);多元线性回归分析,结果显示SFRP5和hs-CRP与SYNTAX评分呈线性回归关系,且SFRP5的相关程度高于hs-CRP。结论冠心病患者血清SFRP5水平显著降低,并且与冠状动脉病变程度呈负相关。
Objective To explore the changes of serum SFRP5 levels in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)and its clinical significance.Methods 97 patients with CHD(case group)and 45 cases patients without CHD(control group)from January 2015 to October 2015 in Dalian City Center Hospital Affiliated to Dalian Medical University were recruited as subjects.SYNTAX score was used to evaluate the severity of coronary artery lesions under coronary angiography.The blood samples were collected and serum secreted frizzled-related protein 5(SFRP5)and other blood biochemical parameters were measured.Results The levels of BMI and hs-CRP in the case group were significantly higher than those in control group(all P<0.05),and the serum LDL-C,HDL-C and TC were significantly lower than those of control group(all P<0.05).SFRP5 level(37.49±4.95)in case group was significantly lower than that in control group(t=15.275,P=0.000).The level of SFRP5 in patients with acute coronary syndrome(ACS)is lower than that in stable angina pectoris(SAP)patients(P<0.05).SYNTAX scores of ACS patients were significantly higher than that of patients with SAP(t=2.042,P=0.044).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that SFRP5 and hs-CRP had linear regression relationship with SYNTAX score.Conclusion The f serum SFRP5 level in patients with CHD is significantly decreased,and negatively correlated with the degree of coronary artery disease,suggesting that SFRP5 may be closely related to the occurrence and development of coronary heart disease,which can be used for the diagnosis and prevention of coronary heart disease.
