摘要 针对地铁机电设备检修管理特点,结合地铁风机故障诊断实际需求,以地铁射流风机振动信号为对象,通过振动监测和计算机技术,对风机的轴系故障、轴承故障、电机故障等信号数据特征进行采集,并实现时域特征、频域特征的提取与分析,进而找到能够区分地铁风机故障类型的信号特征,实现地铁机电设备的精准检修,为地铁设备的状态管理提供理论与应用依据。 The characteristics of maintenance and maintenance of Metro mechanical and electrical equipment were considered.Actual demand for fault diagnosis of subway fan was combined and the vibration signal of the subway jet fan is the research object.The characteristics of the signal data of the shaft system of the fan,the bearing fault and the motor fault were collected based on vibration monitoring and computer technology.And the extraction and analysis of the characteristics of time domain and frequency domain were realized.Then the signal characteristics of the fault type of the subway fan were found.Accurate maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment in subway was realized.This method provides theoretical and experimental basis for the state management of subway equipment.
