顶岗实习规制与效果研究

顶岗实习是职业学校和普通高校人才培养的重要实践环节,顶岗实习规制(国家层面)是学校制定顶岗实习方案的最高指南,顶岗实习效果是学校和企业共同追求的目标之一。本文以湖南文理学院酒店管理和旅游管理专业(酒店方向)2013-2015级366名已完成或正在进行酒店顶岗实习的本科生为对象,运用问卷调查法研究发现:第一,酒店顶岗实习降低了学生在酒店行业的就业意愿,轮岗安排和实习薪酬待遇不满意是主要原因。第二,岗位晋升空间、工作环境、薪酬待遇、实习期间的感受和酒店品牌是决定酒店管理专业本科生留在酒店就业与否的最重要因素。第三,顶岗实习规制的完善未增加酒店管理专业本科生在酒店行业的就业意愿。这些结论对学校和企业完善顶岗实习方案具有重要启示。

Internship is the importance practice for vocational schools and ordinary colleges to cultivate talent,The regulation of post internship(at the national level)is the highest guide for the school to formulate the plan of post internship,The internship effect is one of the goals that the school and the enterprise pursue together.This paper is aimed at 366 undergraduate students who have completed or are doing internship in hotels from 2013 to 2015,majoring in hotel management and tourism management in Hunan University of Arts and Science,and Through questionnaire survey concluded that:Firstly,the internship has reduced the employment intention of students in the hotel industry.The unsatisfactory job rotation arrangement and internship salary are the main reasons;Secondly.Secondly,job promotion space,working environment,salary,feelings during internship and hotel brand are the most important factors to determine whether the undergraduate students of hotel management stay in the hotel for employment.Thirdly,the gradual improvement of the internship regulation has not increased the employment intention of students majoring in hotel management in the hotel industry.Above conclusions have important implications for colleges and enterprises to improve the internship program.
