自助游用户对旅游App的评价及其行为影响

Research on Evaluation and Behavior Impact of Travel App by Self-Service Tourist

旅游App是许多自助游者获取旅游信息的主要渠道,同时也改变着旅游者传统的旅游行为模式。本文研究了自助旅游者对旅游类手机App的使用情况与评价内容,从出行行为与消费行为方面着手分析旅游App给自助游行为所带来的影响。通过调查得出自助旅游者会对旅游App产生正面积极的倾向性与依赖性,能够提高自助旅游者的出行效率,并建议旅游App以“一体化平台”的模式进行发展,借助数据挖掘为用户提供更有效的旅游信息。

With more and more self-service travelers,mobile phone App has become a main way to achieve travel information,and then change the travel behavior of traditional mode.From the perspectives of mobile phone App usage and user evaluation,the passage discussed the impact of travel behavior by tourism App in tour and consumption.From research we found mobile phone App can bring positive tendency and dependence for self-service traveler,it can improve travel efficiency.It’s suggested that App development in a mode of‘integrated platform’and offer more effective information to users by data mining.
