摘要
酒店人力资源培训体系不完善是导致企业培训效果差的主要原因。完善企业人力资源培训体系的核心工作就是培训体系的流程管理和体系的内核建设。培训体系的流程管理就是要基于ADDIE模型做好培训需求分析、培训项目的设计开发、培训实施和培训的转化评估。培训体系的内核建设就是要完善培训的组织体系、讲师体系、课程体系和支持体系。酒店在优化培训体系的同时,还要加强各部门和管理人员的沟通协作,敢于创新,应用更多新的培训技术,不断更新迭代,推动企业的业绩提升。
Inadequate Human Resources(HR)training system is the main reason for the poor training effect.The core work of perfecting the enterprise training system is the process management of the training system and the kernel construction of the system.The process management of the training system is based on the ADDIE model for training needs analysis,training project design and development,training implementation and transformation assessment of training.The kernel construction of the training system is to improve the training organization system,instructor system,curriculum system and support system.To optimize hotel training system,we also need strengthen the communication and collaboration between divisions and managers,and dare to innovate,apply more new training technology,update iteration constantly and promote the business performance.
