高职院校酒店管理专业学生就业竞争力提升研究

Research on Improvement Employment Competitiveness of Students from Hotel Management Professional in Higher Vocational Colleges

高职院校学生就业竞争力的培养依托于高职院校的教育教学过程。基于就业竞争力导向的高职院校酒店管理教育教学中存在的问题主要表现在效应短、方向窄、定位低三个方面。在此基础上提出基于教育教学改革视角的高职院校酒店管理专业学生就业竞争力提升对策:注重就业长效应,教育教学技能深度化与平台社会化;开拓就业宽方向,教育教学载体多元化与行业同步化;探索就业高定位,教育教学理念综合化与内容系统化。

The cultivation of employment competitiveness of students in higher vocational colleges relies on education and teaching in higher vocational colleges.This paper considers that the problems of education and teaching in higher vocational colleges basing on the orientation of employment competitiveness mainly manifest in the following three aspects:short effect,narrow direction and low positioning.Then the paper put forward the corresponding improvement measures of employment competitiveness of students of hotel management professional in higher vocational colleges basing on education and teaching.
