消化道早期肿瘤的内镜治疗及效果观察

Endoscopic Treatment and Effect Observation on Early Digestive Tract Tumors

目的探讨对消化道早期肿瘤患者施以内镜治疗后获得的临床效果。方法选择我院2015年7月—2017年12月收治的100例消化道早期肿瘤患者作为研究对象;采用抽签法分组;对照组(50例)选择内镜黏膜剥离术(ESD术)进行治疗;观察组(50例)选择内镜黏膜切除术(EMR术)进行治疗;最终就两组消化道早期肿瘤患者内镜治疗效果加以对比。结果同对照组消化道早期肿瘤患者出血发生率(30.00%)对比,观察组(4.00%)较低(P<0.05);同对照组消化道早期肿瘤患者病灶残留率(2.00%)对比,观察组(18.00%)较高(P<0.05)。结论对于消化道肿瘤患者于内镜引导下分别施以ESD治疗以及EMR治疗,各自存在优缺点,在此种形势下,将两种术式结合对消化道早期肿瘤患者进行治疗,可以获得更好疾病根治效果,从而促进消化道肿瘤患者的病情好转以及康复。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of endoscopic treatment on patients with early digestive tract cancer.Methods 100 cases of early digestive tract tumors treated in our hospital from July 2015 to December 2017 were selected as the research object,It was grouped by drawing.The control group(50 cases)was treated by endoscopic mucosal dissection(ESD).The observation group(50 cases)underwent endoscopic mucosal resection(EMR).Finally,the endoscopic treatment effect of two groups of patients with early digestive tract cancer was compared.Results The incidence of bleeding in the observation group(4.00%)was lower than that in the control group(30.00%)(P<0.05).The residual rate of lesions in the observation group(18.00%)was higher than that in the control group(2.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion There are advantages and disadvantages of ESD treatment and EMR treatment for patients with digestive tract tumor,respectively.In this situation,two kinds of surgical methods combined with the early digestive tract tumor patients can be treated to achieve significant effect of the disease,thus promoting the improvement of the patients with digestive tract tumors.
