肾癌根治术对于T_2期肾癌的临床治疗价值

Clinical Value of Radical Nephrectomy for Stage T_2 Renal Cell Carcinoma

目的研究分析T_2期肾癌患者接受后腹腔镜肾癌根治术治疗的效果。方法 2015年1月—2017年1月我院对T_2期肾癌患者60例进行了研究分析,将患者分成了对照组和实验组,实验组患者使用后腹腔镜肾癌根治术治疗;对照组使用开放式肾癌根治术治疗。对比分析两组的临床治疗情况。结果观察组平均手术时间(140.2±31.2)min,术中出血量为(71.5±59.1)ml,术后住院天数为(6.10±1.59)d。术后拔管引流时间为(2.40±0.96)d,术后肠功能恢复时间为(2.30±0.73)d,观察组各项指标均比对照组优秀(P<0.05)。结论 T_2期肾癌使用后腹腔镜肾癌根治术治疗的效果好。

Objective To study and analyze the effect of retroperitoneal laparoscopic radical nephrectomy for patients with stage T2 renal cell carcinoma.Methods From January 2015 to January 2017,60 patients with T2 renal cancer were studied and analyzed.The patients were divided into the control group and the experimental group.The patients in the experimental group were treated with laparoscopic radical nephrectomy,and the control group was treated with open radical nephrectomy.The clinical treatment of the two groups was compared and analyzed.Results The average operative time in the observation group was(140.2±31.2)min,the intraoperative blood loss was(71.5±59.1)ml,and the postoperative hospitalization days were(6.10±1.59)d.The time of postoperative extubation and drainage was(2.40±0.96)d,and the recovery time of intestinal function after operation was(2.30±0.73)d.All the indexes of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The curative effect of retroperitoneal laparoscopic radical nephrectomy for stage T2 renal cell carcinoma is good.
