摘要 目的探究将不同频率重复经颅磁刺激应用于阿尔茨海默病患者治疗方案中效果。方法选择我院2014年8月—2017年4月收治阿尔茨海默病患者32例,随机分为对照组和实验组,每组16例患者;对照组采用1 Hz重复经颅磁刺激进行治疗,实验组采用20 Hz重复经颅磁刺激治疗,观察两组患者运动和认知功能。结果实验组各项生活质量指标均优于对照组,其组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将较高频率重复经颅磁刺激用于阿尔茨海默病患者认知功能改善治疗方案中,有效提高治疗有效性和生活质量。 Objective To explore the effect of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation with different frequencies in the treatment of Alzheimer's disease.Methods 32 patients with Alzheimer's disease admitted to our hospital from August 2014 to April 2017 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 16 patients in each group.The control group was treated with 1 Hz repeated transcranial magnetic stimulation.In the treatment group,20 Hz repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation was used in the experimental group.The exercise and cognitive function of the two groups were observed.Results The quality of life index in the experimental group was better than that in the control group.The difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The higher frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation is used in the treatment of cognitive function improvement in Alzheimer's disease patients,which can effectively improve the effectiveness of treatment and quality of life,and has good clinical application significance.
