小剂量氢氯噻嗪+厄贝沙坦治疗原发性高血压

Low Dose Hydrochlorothiazide Plus Irbesartan in the Treatment of Essential Hypertension

目的对原发性高血压应用小剂量氢氯噻嗪+厄贝沙坦治疗的效果进行探讨。方法选取92例原发性高血压患者进行分析,将其随机分组,给予小剂量氢氯噻嗪+厄贝沙坦治疗者设定为观察组,给予厄贝沙坦治疗者设定为对照组,每组46例患者。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为97.83%,对照组的治疗总有效率为80.44%,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论为了尽快有效调节原发性高血压患者的血压水平,提升治疗效果,建议采用氢氯噻嗪联合厄贝沙坦方案进行治疗。

Objective To explore the effect of low dose hydrochlorothiazide+irbesartan for primary hypertension.Methods 92 patients with essential hypertension were analyzed,and the random grouping,giving low doses of hydrochlorothiazide+irbesartan treatment was set as the observation group,giving irbesartan treatment was set as a control,46 patients in each group.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.83%,the total effective rate of the control group was 80.44%,and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In order to effectively adjust the blood pressure level of patients with essential hypertension and improve the therapeutic effect,it is suggested that hydrochlorothiazide combined with irbesartan regimen should be used for treatment.
