超声观察夏枯草胶囊治疗桥本甲状腺炎前后的声像图变化

Ultrasonographic Observation on Prunella Vulgaris Capsule Before and After Treatment of Hashimoto's Thyroiditis

目的探讨超声观察夏枯草胶囊治疗桥本甲状腺炎前后的声像图变化。方法随机选择2016年1月—2017年12月我院收治的桥本甲状腺炎患者196例,以随机数表法将其分为对照组与研究组各98例。对照组患者应用左旋甲状腺素纳片治疗,研究组在此基础上联合夏枯草胶囊治疗。对比两组疗效,以超声观察治疗前后甲状腺形态的变化。结果研究组总有效率为96.94%,高于对照组的87.76%(P<0.05)。治疗后研究组峡部、左叶与右叶厚度均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论夏枯草胶囊能够有效提高桥本甲状腺炎的临床疗效,促使甲状腺形态恢复。

Objective To explore the ultrasonographic observation on Prunella vulgaris capsule before and after treatment of Hashimoto's thyroiditis.Methods 196 patients with Hashimoto's thyroiditis from January 2016 to December 2017 were selected and divided into control group and study group,98 cases in each group.The control group was treated with levothyroxine sodium tablet,and the study group combined with Prunella vulgaris capsule.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 96.94%,which was higher than that of the control group 87.76%(P<0.05).After treatment,the thickness of isthmus,left lobe and right lobe of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Prunella vulgaris capsule can effectively improve the curative effect of Hashimoto's thyroiditis and promote the recovery of thyroid morphology.
