血清淀粉酶、脂肪酶与C反应蛋白联合检测急性胰腺炎

Combined Detection of Serum Amylase, Lipase and C Reactive Protein in Acute Pancreatitis

目的探讨血清淀粉酶(AMY)、脂肪酶(LPS)以及C反应蛋白(CRP)联合检测在诊断急性胰腺炎中的临床应用价值。方法选取2016年3月—2018年2月我院收治的120例急性胰腺炎患者作为研究对象,根据患者的病情不同分为轻症组(轻症胰腺炎)、重症组(重症胰腺炎),每组60例,同时选择同期来我院健康体检的健康人群60例作为对照组,检测并比较三组患者血清AMY、LPS以及CRP水平。结果三组患者的血清AMY、LPS、CRP水平之间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。轻症组和重症组患者的血清AMY、LPS、CRP水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),重症组的CRP水平高于轻型组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血清AMY、LPS以及CRP联合检测在急性胰腺炎早期诊断和病情严重程度判断中具有十分重要的指导意义。

Objective To explore the clinical value of combined detection of serum amylase(AMY),lipase(LPS)and C reactive protein(CRP)in the diagnosis of acute pancreatitis.Methods 120 cases of acute pancreatitis admitted in our hospital from March 2016 to February 2018 were selected as the research subjects.According to the patients'condition,the patients were divided into light disease group(light pancreatitis),severe group(severe pancreatitis),60 cases in each group,and 60 healthy people in our hospital were selected as the control group at the same time.The serum levels of AMY,LPS and CRP were compared between the three groups.Results There was a significant difference in serum AMY,LPS and CRP between the 3 groups(P<0.05).The serum levels of AMY,LPS and CRP in the light and severe group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the CRP level in the severe group was significantly higher than that in the light group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined detection of serum AMY,LPS and CRP has very important guiding significance in early diagnosis and severity judgement of acute pancreatitis.
