Objective To investigate the correlation between dynamic contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging and differentiation of rectal cancer. Methods The clinical data of 50 patients with rectal cancer treated in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively, and dynamic contrastenhanced magnetic resonance imaging(DCE-MRI)was performed before and after operation. Results There were 11 cases of poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma,32 cases of moderately differentiated adenocarcinoma and 7 cases of well-differentiated adenocarcinoma by Kappa test.It was proved that the correlation between preoperative MRI staging and pathological staging was higher(P<0.01)and the iACU value of Kruskal-Wallis rank sum test was positively correlated with the degree of differentiation(P<0.05).Conclusion Dynamic contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging has a high correlation with pathological stage and differentiation degree of rectal cancer. It can reflect the difference of microcirculation in rectal cancer and has significant value.
