磁共振成像在膝关节损伤诊断中的价值

The Value of Magnetic Resonance Imaging in Diagnosis of Knee Joint Injury

目的分析磁共振成像在膝关节损伤诊断中的临床价值。方法选取2015年10月—2016年8月我院收治的90例膝关节损伤患者,所有患者均给予核磁共振检查,分析影像学检查结果及临床诊断价值。结果 90例患者中,出现半月板损伤83条,韧带损伤138条;磁共振检查敏感性为94.59%,特异性为84.91%,准确性为88.89%。结论磁共振可较好的反映膝关节损伤程度,具有较高的敏感性、准确性及特异性,降低漏诊率及误诊率,为患者的手术治疗提供明确的参考依据。

Objective To analyze the clinical value of magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)in the diagnosis of knee joint injury.Methods 90 cases of knee joint injury in our hospital from October 2015 to August 2016 were selected.All patients underwent MRI.The results of imaging examination and clinical diagnostic value were analyzed.Results Of the 90 patients,meniscus injuries were found in 83 cases and ligament injuries were found in 138 cases.The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of MRI were 94.59%,84.91%and 88.89%respectively.Conclusion MRI can better reflect the degree of knee joint injury.It has high sensitivity,accuracy and specificity.It plays an important role in reducing the rate of missed diagnosis and the rate of misdiagnosis.It provides a clear reference for the surgical treatment of the patients.
