外伤性眼内炎患者的优质护理效果观察

Observation on the Quality Nursing Effect of Patients With External Ocular Trauma

目的观察优质护理运用到外伤性眼内炎患者中的功效。方法选取2015年12月—2018年1月我院接收并治疗的外伤性眼内炎患者54例,并依据不同护理方式分成两个组别,组一27例患者(42眼)施以常规的护理,组二27例患者(38眼)施以优质护理,对比两组患者的视力康复情况。结果组二患者的视力康复情况好于组一患者,P<0.05。结论对外伤性眼内炎患者予以优质护理,能够极大地提升患者的治疗成效,并降低其并发症产生的概率。

Objective To observe the efficacy of high quality nursing in patients with external ocular trauma.Methods 54 cases of traumatic endophthalmitis admitted and treated in our hospital from December 2015 to January 2018 were selected,and according to different nursing mode,were divided into two groups,group one of 27 patients(42 eyes)with conventional care,group two of 27 patients(38 eyes)with high quality nursing care,The visual rehabilitation of the two groups of patients was compared.Results The visual rehabilitation of the group two was better than that of group one,P<0.05.Conclusion High quality nursing care to patients with external ocular trauma,can greatly improve the treatment of patients with results,and reduce the probability of its complications.
