老年高血压患者的优质护理干预及效果分析

Quality Nursing Intervention and Effect Analysis of Elderly Hypertension Patients

目的探讨优质护理干预对老年高血压患者的应用效果。方法选取我院2017年2月—2018年3月老年高血压患者60例为研究对象,分成两组,对照组为常规护理,观察组为优质护理干预,对比两组护理效果情况。结果干预后,两组的收缩压、舒张压低于干预前,观察组低于对照组,观察组的总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质护理干预对老年高血压患者的应用效果显著,血压得到有效控制,提高了治疗效果。

Objective To explore the effect of high quality nursing intervention on elderly patients with hypertension.Methods 60 elderly hypertensive patients in our hospital from February 2017 to March 2018 were selected and divided into two groups.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given high quality nursing intervention.The nursing effect of two groups was compared.Results The systolic pressure and diastolic pressure in the two groups were lower than that before the intervention,and the observation group was lower than the control group.The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion High quality nursing intervention has significant effect on elderly patients with hypertension,and effective control of blood pressure,improves the therapeutic effect.
