摘要
目的探讨舒适护理干预措施在老年慢性阻塞性肺气肿(COPD)患者护理中的应用效果。方法选择我院2016年9月—2017年8月收治的88例老年COPD患者作为研究对象,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组44例。对照组患者采用常规的内科护理措施,研究组在对照组的基础上采用舒适护理干预措施。对两组患者的住院时间、临床疗效以及护理满意度进行比较分析。结果研究组患者的住院时间为(13.58±1.84)d,低于对照组患者的(16.54±1.93)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者的临床总有效率以及护理满意度分别为95.45%、97.73%,明显高于对照组患者的81.82%、79.55%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论舒适护理可以显著提高老年COPD患者的临床效果以及护理满意度,缩短住院时间。
Objective To explore the effect of comfort nursing intervention on nursing care of elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary emphysema(COPD).Methods 88 elderly COPD patients admitted in our hospital from September 2016 to August 2017 were selected and randomly divided into the study group and the control group,44 cases in each group.The patients in the control group was given routine medical care,while the study group was given comfortable nursing interventions on the basis of the control group.The hospitalization time,clinical efficacy and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The hospitalization time of the patients in the study group was(13.58±1.84)d,which was significantly lower than that of the control group(16.54±1.93)d,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The clinical total efficiency and nursing satisfaction of the patients in the study group were 95.45%and 97.73%respectively,which were significantly higher than those of the control group(81.82%and 79.55%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comfortable nursing can significantly improve the clinical effect and nursing satisfaction of elderly patients with COPD,shorten the time of hospitalization.
