胆囊癌手术患者围手术期护理的临床效果及其对患者心理状况的影响研究

The clinical effect of perioperative nursing in patients with gallbladder carcinoma and its effect on the psychological status of patients

目的探讨围手术期护理对胆囊癌手术患者的心理状况及临床效果的影响。方法按随机分配原则将2016年1月至2017年1月该院收治的72例胆囊癌手术患者分为研究组和参考组,每组36例。参考组给予常规护理,研究组给予围手术期护理,比较分析两组患者护理前后心理状况及护理后疗效、护理满意度等。结果两组患者护理前心理状况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组患者护理后心理状况改善程度、疗效均明显优于参考组,护理满意度明显高于参考组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论围手术期护理对胆囊癌手术患者的心理状况具有改善作用,且临床疗效明显,适合推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of perioperative nursing on the psychological status and clinical effect of patients with gallbladder carcinoma.Methods 72 cases of gallbladder carcinoma patients treated in our hospital were divided into two groups:the reference group and the experimental group,the 36 cases.Routine care was used in the reference group,and the perioperative nursing was used in the experimental group to analyze the psychological status of the two groups before and after nursing care and the condition of nursing and the satisfaction of nursing.Results Before treatment,the psychological status of the two groups was not statistically significant;the psychological improvement of the experimental group was better than the reference group(P<0.05).The effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).In the nursing satisfaction,the number of satisfactory cases in the experimental group was 35 cases,and the number of satisfactory cases in the reference group was 29 cases.Compared with the control group,the nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Perioperative nursing has an improved effect on the psychological status of patients with gallbladder carcinoma,and its clinical effect is obvious and suitable for generalization.
