综合性护理对脑梗死患者焦虑抑郁及生活质量的影响研究

Effect of comprehensive nursing on anxiety-depression and quality of life in patients with cerebral infarction

目的探究综合性护理对脑梗死患者生存活量、焦虑抑郁情绪的影响。方法选取2015-2016年该院及上级人民医院神经内科收治的脑梗死患者100例作为研究对象,随机分为常规组和研究组,每组50例。常规组采取常规脑梗死护理措施,研究组患者在常规脑梗死护理基础上进行综合性护理,观察比较两组患者的护理效果。结果两组患者护理后焦虑抑郁评分均明显低于护理前,且研究组患者护理后焦虑抑郁评分均明显低于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者护理后身体功能、心理状况、独立生活能力、社会关系评分均明显高于护理前,且研究组患者护理后身体功能、心理状况、独立生活能力、社会关系均明显高于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对脑梗死患者进行综合性护理更有利于患者的情绪改善和生活质量的提高,对其预后的改善具有很大的意义。

Objective In this study,patients with cerebral infarction were treated with comprehensive care to explore their impact on patients′quality of life and anxiety and depression.Methods 100 cases of cerebral infarction were selected as the research object in our hospital and higher people′s hospital during 2015-2016.The patients in the control group were treated with routine cerebral infarction;patients in the experimental group were treated with comprehensive nursing care on the basis of routine nursing.The nursing effect of two groups were observed and compared.Results In the two groups,the anxiety and depression scores were decreased compared with those before the study,and decreased in the experimental group after the nursing were more significant(P<0.05);The quality of life(physical function,psychological status,independent living ability,social relationship)the degree of improvement was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive care of patients with cerebral infarction is more conducive to the improvement of patients′emotional and quality of life,its prognosis is of great significance.
