孕早期胎盘厚度对小胎龄新生儿的预测价值

摘要 目的 探讨孕早期胎盘厚度对小胎龄新生儿(SGA)的预测价值。方法 选择2015年5月至2017年7月收治的SGA孕妇100例,设为观察组;选择同期入院到医院分娩的正常孕妇93例,设为对照组。孕早期对2组孕妇均行二维超声检查,测定胎盘厚度,加强孕妇随访,记录并统计各组胎儿出生的孕周数,绘制ROC曲线,分析孕早期胎盘厚度在SGA中的预测价值。结果 从ROC曲线可以看出:孕早期胎盘厚度用于小胎龄新生儿中预测灵敏度为82.9%,特异度为84.7%。结论 将孕早期胎盘厚度用于SGA预测中效果理想,能获得较高的预测灵敏度、特异度,能为临床采取有效的干预措施提供依据和参考,值得推广应用。
