摘要
受限于两相流的复杂性,耙吸挖泥船艏吹产量计算还没有成熟的商业软件或计算模型,其工程适用性及施工效率分析以定性和经验为主。针对这一现状,对耙吸挖泥船艏吹产量分析及计算方法展开研究,结合已有研究成果和工程经验,推荐泥泵输送泥浆扬程-流量特性及管道输送摩阻损失经验公式,并采用粗砂、中砂、细砂3种典型土质工程案例"新海凤"轮、"新海马"轮实测数据进行验证。结果表明:3个案例测算产量与实测数据整体符合较好,仅个别排距下出现一定偏差,推荐计算公式用于案例土质艏吹产量计算具有较高的精度;计算得到的产量曲线,也为类似土质工程施工船舶及其作业模式的选择提供有价值的参考。
Due to the complexity of two-phase flow,there is no mature commercial software or calculation models for calculating the bow-blowing efficiency of trailing suction hopper dredger,and analyses on the project applicability and construction efficiency are mostly qualitatively and based on experience.According to this reality,we carried the research on the analysis and calculation methods of bow-blowing production of trailing suction hopper dredger.On the basis of research achievements and engineering experience,we recommended empirical formulas for pump head-flow characteristics of slurry pumps and friction loss in pipeline transportation,and applied the data from 3 reclamation projects by"Xinhaifeng"Dredger and"Xinhaima"Dredger,with 3 typical soil types,i.e.,coarse sand,middle sand and fine sand as verification.The results show that the calculated production of the 3 cases is in good agreement with the measured data,and there are only certain deviations in individual data.The recommended formula has high accuracy for calculating the bow-blowing production of the soil in the case.Moreover,the calculated production curves also provide a valuable reference for the selection of construction dredger and its operation mode for the projects with similar soil composition.
