摘要
在吉布提多哈雷多功能港口工程中,针对工程在超高氯离子浓度、超高温酷热、干湿交替、海风海水冲刷等严酷环境中,地材质量差,使用机制砂配制的混凝土容易离析、泌水、泵送难度大等问题,开展了一系列对比试验研究。从外加剂组分着手,研究分析各组分作用机理,调试配方。研究提出的新型防裂抗蚀增塑(减水)剂使混凝土的工作性能、力学性能和耐久性满足了工程设计及施工要求,并在工程项目得到了成功应用。
In the Djibouti Doraleh multipurpose port project,we conducted a series of experimental comparison study on such problems as poor quality of flooring,easy separation,bleeding,great difficulty in pumping,etc.of the concrete made of manufactured sand in the severe environment,e.g.ultra-high chloride ion concentration,ultra-high temperature,alternation of wetting and drying,erosion of sea breeze and seawater,etc.,and researched and analyzed the action mechanism of admixture component,and adjusted the formula starting from admixture components.New anti-crack corrosion-resistant plasticizer(water reducing agent)proposed in the study can ensure the working performance,mechanical property and durability of the concrete meet the engineering design and construction requirements,and ensure the successful application in the engineering projects.
