摘要
目前河砂资源日趋枯竭,仅存的河砂资源产量及质量难以满足水运工程要求,且施工成本较高。大洋厂区1号船坞改造项目首次将机制砂大规模应用到北方海港抗冻融混凝土施工中。通过对比机制砂与河砂配制混凝土的工作性、力学性能、耐久性能,证明了机制砂可以代替河砂应用于北方海港工程混凝土施工,同时能有效地提高混凝土性能并降低原材料成本。
At present,the river sand resources depleted,the only river sand resources production and the quality are difficult to meet the requirements of port and waterway engineering,and the construction cost is high.The No.1 dock renovation project in Dayang factory area were applied of mechanical sand in the construction of anti-freeze concrete in the northern harbour for the first time.By comparing the mechanism sand and river sand preparation workability,mechanical properties and durability of the concrete,we proved that the mechanical sand can be used in the northern harbour engineering concrete construction instead of river sand,at the same time can effectively improve the concrete performance and reduce the cost of raw materials.
