摘要 港口建设是个复杂的系统工程,需要组织协调多个专业队伍配合实施,持续处理质量、进度、安全、成本、信息等方面的偏差。结合实施的总承包管理,针对散货装卸系统设备种类多、功能复杂、外形各异、专业面广等特点,发挥各方技术和经验,充分了解现场自然环境和气象条件,注重项目早期技术准备,协助完善系统,制定合理方案;实施过程中,加强管控,优化系统性能,与水工和土建工程密切配合,保证项目顺利进行,实现了系统设备预定功能,为实施类似工程总承包管理提供借鉴。 Port construction is a complex system project,which needs to organize and coordinate many professional teams to implement and continuously deal with the deviation of the aspects of quality,progress,safety,cost,information.Combining with the implementation of the general contracting management,in view of the bulk handling system equipment's characteristics such as diversified variety,complex function,different shape,wide professional field,etc.,we focused on giving full play to the technology and experience of all relevant parties,fully understanding the natural environment and meteorological conditions on the site,paying attention to the early technical preparation of the project,assisting to improve the system and formulating reasonable plans.In the implementation process,we aimed to strengthen the control and optimize system performance,closely coordinated with the hydraulic and civil engineering,guaranteed the smooth progress of the project to achieve the function of system equipment reservation.It can provide reference and help to general contracting management of similar engineering.
