南京大都市边缘区小城镇发展问题及策略研究——以句容市宝华镇为例

The Study of the Development Issues and Strategy of the Town in Nanjing Metropolitan Fringe Area: Taking Baohua Town as a Case

文章基于对大都市边缘区的社会经济、空间形态等进行研究,提出该区域内的小城镇在发展中存在着经历虹吸与反补的发展过程、区域对接中话语权不足、发展存在一定的混杂性、具有跨越式发展的潜力等四个方面共性特征。基于对南京都市圈外围主要小城镇的特色资源和发展条件的梳理,选取江苏省句容市宝华镇作为研究对象,从区域一体化视角出发,分析其改革开放以来在社会经济和城镇建设方面存在的一系列问题,并从产业、交通、公共服务和空间特色等方面提出相应的发展策略建议。

Based on the study of the socio-economic and spatial patterns of metropolitan fringes,we propose that the towns in such area have the same feature such as experiencing siphon and anti-complement development,the low right to speak in regional docking,some confusion in development and with the potential of leaping development.Based on the study of towns around Nanjing,we choose Baohua as the research object.We analyze the development issues of Baohua.First,he just develop the function of passive transfer area;Second,the industrial development is lack of endogenous;Third,the trend of sleeping city is even worse;Forth,the construction of the town is lack of effective co-ordination;Fifth,the facilities are lacking;the characteristics of the town are inadequate.Therefore,we propose the development strategy of industry,transportation,public services and spatial features.
