珠三角农村产业发展与空间布局关系研究

The Study of Links between the Industrial Development and the Spatial Layout in the Pearl River Delta

珠三角地区快速城市化的同时带动了农村产业的发展与升级,农村产业的发展也必然会导致珠三角传统村落布局和形态的演变,农村产业发展与空间布局之间存在着一定的关联性。为了更好地应对新常态下村庄发展的态势,有效指导新时期的村庄规划建设,补充现状村庄规划布局相关理论,本文以珠三角地区农村产业和空间布局为研究对象,梳理出农村产业发展的三阶段特征及其对应的村落空间布局特点,然后分别在珠三角不同区域选取不同类型的村落作为研究样本,综合运用城乡规划学、地理学、经济学等相关学科的研究方法,通过空间与时间不同维度的分析,从用地状况、居民点布局、道路交通等方面总结珠三角农村产业发展与村落空间布局之间的关系及规律,并通过典型实例进行充分的论证,为其他地区村庄发展与规划布局方法提供基础理论借鉴。

Accelerated urbanization of the Pearl River Delta brings about the development and upgrading of rural industry.As rural industrial development is associated with spatial planning to some extent,it will inevitably lead to the evolution of traditional villages'patterns and layouts.This paper focuses on rural industry and spatial planning.In order to face the developmental trend of villages in the"New Normal"better,to guide the construction of rural planning in the new stage effictively,and to make a supplement to the existing theory of rural planning,this paper analyses the developmental characteristics of the rural industry in the Pearl River Delta in three stages as well as the features of the villages'spatial planning in these stages respectively.Then the paper takes various kinds of villages in different parts of the Pearl River Delta as examples.By adopting different methods in rural and urban planning,geography,economics and other related subjects comprehensively,and analyzing dimensions of both time and space,it summarizes the relations and rules between the development of rural industry and villages'spatial planning in the Pearl River Delta on the aspects of land use,settlements layouts and transport.This paper also attempts to provide basic theoretical references of the development and layout planning for villages in other areas by fully demonstrating the typical cases.
